SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
- Orders are processed as soon as they are completed. All orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days.
Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding official holidays. - During promotional periods, sales, or discount campaigns, delivery times may be delayed due to high order volume.
- Once an order has been shipped, no additions, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you receive an order that is damaged or different from what was ordered on our website, you must notify Syra within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- A replacement product will be sent where available.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product packaging has been opened, in accordance with consumer protection regulations and for health and hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS
- Refunds for card (Visa) payments will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of order cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
