SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

  1. Orders are processed as soon as they are completed. All orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
    Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days.
    Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding official holidays.
  2. During promotional periods, sales, or discount campaigns, delivery times may be delayed due to high order volume.
  3. Once an order has been shipped, no additions, modifications, or cancellations can be made.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. If you receive an order that is damaged or different from what was ordered on our website, you must notify Syra within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • A replacement product will be sent where available.
    • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
  2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product packaging has been opened, in accordance with consumer protection regulations and for health and hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS

  1. Refunds for card (Visa) payments will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of order cancellation approval.
  2. Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
